Moving In or Out (No Moves permitted due to Clear Zone Peel Street 7am to 10am – 3pm to 6pm)
Prior to your occupancy date, you must contact Building Management to arrange a booking time online for Induction of the house rules and key registration.
The lift can only be booked for a 2 hour time period during the permitted move hours as stated below.
Due to Clear zone moves are only permitted Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 12:00pm at no charge. (excludes weekends, public holidays).
Outside these hours a minimum charges of $70 applies from 12:30pm to 3:00pm to be paid in Advance.
- The Building management must be contacted prior to moving in or out of the building.
- Prior to moving in or out please fill in the Registration Form Here.
- All Residents involved in moving items in or out of building must fill out and sign Contractor Indemnity Form and provide proof of Liability Insurance.
Tenants responsibility for Deliveries of Goods In and Out / Tradesman Notification
You must inform / notify in advance of the day and time for Pre-approval of:
- Deliveries of Goods on trolleys
- Large items moved in & out of your apartment.
- Before commencement of any work or repair in your apartment by agent or owner.
- Steam cleaning equipment entering this building
- Contractors or Trades bringing any equipment via lift into your apartment.
Request Lift Pads and floor mats to be placed in the service lift to ensure no damage occurs to common property.
Any damage to common property caused by resident moves will be on charged to the Lot Owner.
The paths of travel for moves and deliveries to be explained under notes upon scheduling an appointment.
Any damage caused to common property including Lift, Foyer, Hallways, Doorways, Carpet, and Glass doors are responsibility of the Private lot owner.
All Boxes must be broken down and disposed in recycle bins at Level B1.
This building has 24/7 CCTV recording in all areas.
Failure to Comply will be issued a Breach notice and fine.
