Book a Move In

Book your move-in online and secure lift access for a smooth arrival. Moving is permitted Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Book a Move Out

Plan your move-out by booking online and arranging lift use. Ensure all moving guidelines are followed to avoid fines or damages.

Certified Contractors

Access a trusted list of Owner Corporation approved contractors and suppliers. Enjoy streamlined processes, no liability paperwork, and priority service from verified professionals.

Complete an Indemnity Form

All contractors and movers must complete the Contractor Indemnity Form and provide insurance before starting work on the premises.

Resident Rules and Guidelines

All residents must follow the building’s house rules to ensure safety, harmony, and compliance. From deliveries to renovations, every action has guidelines please notify management in advance and respect shared spaces.

Waste and Recycling Disposal

Help us keep 150 Peel clean and safe by following proper waste and recycling guidelines. Double-bag food waste, place recycling loose, and never dump hard rubbish without booking. CCTV is monitored daily.

Order a Security Key

Owners can order additional licensed security keys through Wynns Locksmith with prior online approval. Collection or secure courier delivery is available.

Order a Security Fob

Additional access fobs for building entry and common areas must be approved by the Owners Corporation and ordered through the building manager.

Order a Security Car Park Remote

Garage remotes provide access to parking levels. New or replacement remotes require Owners Corporation approval and are arranged via the building office

Request an Approval For a Lot Improvement or Renovation

Lot owners must seek written Owners Corporation approval before undertaking any improvements, renovations, or structural works. Licensed builders and strict noise, waste, and safety conditions apply.

Overview

The Owner’s Corporation require that all new owners, agents or tenants;  register contact information here or contact the facilities managment,  you will then receive updates and information on the building activities and communication as required. All new residents are also required to fill out a moving in form prior to moving.  This will help ensure lift covers are in place if necessary prior to your arrival. It will also ensure access to lift and minimise disruption for other residents. All forms can be found below.
