Deliveries of Goods In and Out / Tradesman Service Contractors entry to building Notification for Residents
Trade visits and Service Contractors Notification to entry to building:
- Resident must notify online website of all tradesman visits or service Contractors 24 hours before.
- Before commencement of any work or repair in your apartment by agent or owner.
- Steam cleaning equipment entering this building.
- Contractors or Trades bringing any equipment via lift into your apartment.
- Contact building support for emergencies, advice or more information.
All Deliveries entering or leaving the building must be notified online 24 hours before:
- Notify online 24hr in advance items like white goods, larger boxes, furniture / flat packs equipment.
- Request lift pads to avoid lift damage charges.
- Deliveries of Goods must be on trolleys and not be dragged on common property Woollen carpets.
- Goods size W600mm X H600mm X D600MM or small require no notification.
- Items above 5 Kg must be collected in person only and cannot be stored in Collection zone.
Food Deliveries and Supermarket Deliveries:
- Drivers must be met at the front door for pick up or escorted to the apartment.
- Food deliveries not permitted to left inside the lobby foyer or outside the building.
Request lift pads and floor mats may be placed in the service lift to ensure no damage occurs to common property.
Any damage to common property caused by resident moves will be on charged to the Lot Owner.
The paths of travel for deliveries will be explained upon scheduling an appointment on large items.
All Boxes must be broken down Flat and disposed in recycle bins at Level B1.
Failure to Comply will be issued a Breach notice or costs.
