All cars and bikes must be removed from your parking bays and any materials stored in front of cages stored illegally must be removed. B2 residents are welcome to double park their cars on B1 area for the morning during cleaning only. Please ensure you leave your details on your car windscreen. Residents failing to remove their cars or other items as specified will be charged extra levy in addition to body corporate fees.
