Parking facilities for vehicles and storage cages.

Car Parking Facility are for Residents only as there is no guest parking spaces

  • Residents must register all cars, click here and fill out form.
  • Car parking bay number is provided in accordance with unit lot number as per the sub-division plan.
  • If assistance is required please contact Building Management
  • You must only park your car in the nominated car park bay and are not permitted to park in the commercial parking bays at any time.
  • Car park space is provided for car / bicycle parking only and not for storage or any commercial use. Prior consent is required for any temporary use of this space other than car parking.
  • You are not permitted to park in any other parking bays without prior consent from the building management.
  • We do not provide guest parking spaces in this building.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your car space oil stain free or you will be liable for clean up services.
  • We suggest you always lock your car and be considerate to your neighbouring car space by ensure that there is enough room for all.
  • We suggest you do not store or keep any valuable items such as keys or car park remotes in view of the thief.
  • Cars have been broken into in the past and owners corporation will take no responsibility for your loss.

Motorbike parking facility for residents only

  • Residents must register all bikes and pick tag from building manager for parking location, click here and fill out form.
  • You are entitled to make arrangements to park your bike with consent from building management in the car park space allocated.
  • Parking of motorbikes in parking bays not allocated to you or common areas is strictly not permitted.

Bicycle parking facility provided for residents only

  • Residents must first register all bikes online and pick tag from building manager for parking location, click here and fill out form.
  • You are entitled to store a maximum of two-bikes per unit in the provided bike rack spaces.
  • Bicycle parking, needs to be pre-arranged with the building’s Building Management.
  • Bicycle parking in common areas is strictly not permitted.

The owners corporation reserve the right to enforce breach notices and issue fines for misuse of parking bays.

Storage cage facility provided for residents only

  • Storage space is provided in accordance with your lot number as per the sub-division plan.
  • If assistance is required please contact Building Management.
  • Cage covering are not permitted and no items can be stored anything outside your storage cage, as it is common property area.
  • Please ensure if your cage is in view of public space you will be required to keep it clean & tidy at all times.
  • Due to the prevalence of basement flooding it is a requirement of OCC that all storage cages use some form of shelving that lifts all stored items a minimum of 100mm from ground.  *
  • We suggest you use double locks and highly secure it as there have been storage cage break ins in the past.
  • We suggest you do not store valuable items in storage cages but if you must, hide or cover it from view.

The owners corporation reserve the right to enforce breach notices and issue fines for non compliance and misuse of storage cage areas.

*  Non compliance of shelving in cages may result in damage to personal property.  In the event of a basement flooding it is essential that items such as cardboard boxes etc be elevated on shelves to allow for immediate drainage to begin beneath and to minimise risk of mould, etc occurring.
