DUE TO COMMON AREA FIRE COMPLIANCE, SMALL POSTAL PARCELS CAN ONLY BE STORED IN THE PARCEL ZONE \u00a0IN THE LOBBY, LARGE DELIVERIES CANNOT BE LEFT IN COMMON PROPERTY FOR RESIDENTS AS THIS WILL BE A BREACH OF THE HOUSE RULES.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n


STANDARD DELIVERIES ABOVE GOODS SIZE: <\/strong>W600mm X H600mm X D600MM cannot be stored in common areas and must be <\/strong>Notified.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

  1. Must be taken delivery in person and not unmanned or stored in Lobby area.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Notify online in advance items and larger boxes, furniture flat packs equipment\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  3. Request lift pads to avoid lift damage charges .<\/li>\r\n
  4. Deliveries of Goods must be on trolleys and not be dragged on common property Woollen carpets.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Goods size W600mm X H600mm X D600MM or small require no notification.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    LARGE ITEMS, FLAT PACKS, FURNITURE OR MULTIPLE BOXES AND WHITE GOODS OR EQUIPMENT\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    1. Book and complete notification in advance and request lift pads and dedicated bin for cardboard<\/li>\r\n
    2. Book Request lift keys, de-activate doors alarms and glass door stopper will be provided\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
    3. Text 0411 193 438 > Start \/ Finish of delivery move in common areas if self managed.<\/li>\r\n
    4. Deliveries of Goods must be on trolleys and not be dragged on common property Woollen carpets<\/li>\r\n
    5. Do not lean packages or equipment on OC common areas walls or on lift walls \/ mirror.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      FOOD DELIVERIES AND SUPERMARKET DELIVERIES:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

      1. Drivers must be met at the front door for pick up or escorted to the apartment .<\/li>\r\n
      2. Food deliveries not permitted to left inside the lobby foyer or outside the building.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        Request lift pads and floor mats may be placed in the service lift to ensure no damage occurs to common property .<\/p>\r\n

        Any damage caused to OC common property including Lift Foyer Hallways Doorways , Carpet Front doors and Glass doors will be on charged and responsibility of the , Private lot owner The paths of travel for deliveries will be explained upon scheduling an appointment on large items .<\/p>\r\n

        All Boxes must be broken down Flat and disposed in recycle bins at Level B 1. Failure to Comply will be issued a Breach notice or costs .<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n
